Located outside the kitchen there is a gas BBQ available for your use. There is also an outside eating area available for your use.

Can we have parties at the home?

Guest Count must be accurate contractually. Only registered guests on the AIRBNB /vrbo/ private booking application are permitted. No unregistered guests or overnight guests are permitted. If guests are found to host a party without the permission of the host, additional cleaning charges will be charged to the guest, and in the unfortunate event of the disruption alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Is there a fire pit available for use?

Yes, there is a fire pit available for use on the patio.

Pool/Spa Heating

During the winter months, the pool runs approx. 60 degrees. Pool heating is available to 85 degrees for an additional $75/night. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
The spa can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. Pool towels are provided.

The pool and the spa heat can be heated at the same time to the set pool temperature. When the spa is turned on and the heat is set higher than the pool temperature the spillover maintains the pool temperature.
